Faculty Development Program (FDP) held from 27th-29th Sept.2022
Nagaland Tool Room & Training Centre (NTTC), Dimapur in collaboration with ICT Academy hosted the offline Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the topic “Leadership Skills” from 27th-29th Sept.2022 at SmartClassroom. Trainer Sunil Borah and his team member Deep Sekhar Sapcota conducted the 3-days program which was attended by Faculties of host Institute and also from St. Joseph University, Sovima. The participants were enhanced on the fundamental knowledge of leadership development which gained a deeper understanding of the core-skill, decision making skills and building leadership qualities in their respective professions. Brainstorm activities and creative thinking were some of the interesting part of the program. The 3-days program ended successfully with online submission of feedback forms and generation of E-certificates by all the participants.
The NTTC in collaboration with the Branch MSME Development Institute organized a Seminar on “3rd National MSME Vendor Development Programme ” at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur with the students participation.
